One Time Job Needed Filled

Audrey | Miscellaneous | Thursday, April 3rd, 2008

We have 6 boxes of books that need to go back to Barnes & Noble in midtown.  These are the ones that didn’t sell during the fair.  The job is easy:  Just pick them up (we’ll help you load) and drop off with Renee or Sarah at BN.  That’s all!  Please call 742-8711 or e-mail:  charvat-drew_audrey@asdk12.org if you can help us out.

Thanks!

Caller Needed to Help With Book Fair Scheduling!

Audrey | Miscellaneous | Tuesday, March 4th, 2008

We just found out that our wonderful scheduler will not be able to help this time.  This is a one time job that should only take a few evenings to complete.  The job involves calling volunteers from a list and scheduling them into one or more 2 hour block.  If you have the time and can help we would greatly appreciate it!  Please e-mail Audrey at:  charvat-drew_audrey@asdk12.org or call 742-8711 to volunteer.

Thanks!

Audrey

Mural Committee- Many students have shown interest with the mural proposal. Unfortunately, there has been a small amount who have actually gone to the meetings. It’s crucial for students who are interested in the art of our school to come to these meetings to become more involved. There will be a mural committee meeting this Wednesday in Christina’s room during lunch. We need more involvement, so please come and participate.

Feeling a little bit stressed? School will become a bit hectic when March rolls around, which can create lots of stress. A Polaris parent (Dr. Grove) came in to talk to teachers earlier about stress awareness and gave out packets concerning stress. If you would like to learn more about it, please talk to your advisors and teachers, who also have the packet to refer to.

Sispillé is looking for articles and pictures to put in the student newsletter. If you have any, please submit them to Sispille members.
