What a novel idea! Let’s just flat out ask Polaris fans to give money to help fund enhancements for the new school. Things were immediately off to a strong start when an unclaimed $20 bill blew in off the playground. Donations of $5402 to the Polar!s Now campaign supplemented the all-time high proceeds from our annual Fall Auction and Carnival on October 28th. Please join in thanking our generous donors:
Dear Polaris Parents, Students, Staff and Friends, What a tremendous beginning to an unforgettable year, a year marked with the advent of a dream come true–our new building. This is a legacy of our hard work and the support of the Anchorage community. The reality of our new building, however, does not end the challenge of how to do a lot with limited funds. More than ever, we need funding for special projects. Polaris Parent Forum is establishing Polar!s Now to encourage direct monetary tax deductible donations. Many individuals welcome an opportunity to give to our school but will not be the high bidder on an auction item, may not be able to attend the Fall Auction & Carnival, or participate in other fundraisers. |
